I happened upon CGA Law and Brent Diefenderfer after a junk debt collection agency served me with a legal notice via sheriff. I realized at that point, due to several other outstanding debts I could not catch up on, I needed to seek legal advice. By pure coincidence, an uncle of a good friend also recommended Brent as well, since he had excellent results in his case.  Brent has been very helpful in every manner, including one particularly aggressive creditor who continued to harass me (and even Brent) even after I filed. Although the cost, in my case, may have been a bit more than anticipated (due to harassing creditor), I believe it would have been a much greater cost if I had the wrong attorney (or none at all). Brent has done his absolute best throughout the case and has been quite knowledgeable of all details. I would definitely recommend him.
