Michael is the most carrying person. He welcomes you with open arms and truly helps you in anyway he can. He is great at answering all of you concerns and questions also very organized and in depths with his work. Returns calls and emails. And when speaking to younger kids he is so well spoken and doesn’t make them feel scared.Michael went out of his way to help myself and children in our family law case. He is an angel sent from heaven. No doubt recommend for any family law cases. Thank you so much michael for your help and guidance through the whole process.

The past 2 years have been rough, but I feel like attorney Michael Aegbuniwe and his paralegal Kaitlyn just made my life a lot easier. After going to court for custody the 1st time in 2023 he got me primary custody of my son. Fast forward to 2024 my sons mother moved 3 hours away across state lines to NY. After having to take her back to court for custody again he was able to get her to agree to my terms, sign a stipulation and make her 100% responsible for transportation before even making it to trial! If you’re thinking about or are already in a custody battle and don’t know what to do give attorney Michael Aegbuniwe and Kaitlyn a call.

I also hired Andrew Zeigler for my divorce and later fired him. The recent case again him proves that Mooney knew he was no good as well. After having to hire a new lawyer, Mooney still defends Zeigler and all the money he sucked out from me. They refuse any reimbursement of any funds. Mooney didn’t like that Zeigler was stealing THEIR money but has no issue with him stealing from their clients. Go elsewhere unless you’re looking for a dishonest firm to blow your money on.

This review was posted regarding attorney Andrew Ziegler in 2020…..it’s nice to see that after I fired him because he wasn’t using any of my information and running up my bill to about 20k and me charged with contempt 3 times because I was doing what he told me to do and documenting it, he was fired is now suspended because of his own unprofessional conduct. I’m glad I have to continue to pay my bill for services that were incompetent/incomplete. I would not recommend attorney Ziegler for any custody case. My ex was/is very narcissistic, I do not feel that attorney Ziegler has any experience in dealing with that type of custody situation. I feel that my case was not handled in the best interest of my child at all. My daughter and my self were both emotionally and physically abused by my ex but we were treated like the abusers. He was not aggressive at all in the court room. He did not utilize any of the information/documentation that I provided him in the courtroom. I do not feel like he worked for me or my daughter at all. I feel like he was helping my ex and the judge. After I hired another attorney, I requested my documents from his office and found in that documentation google searches on how to cross examine certain witnesses that were called during our trial. This is extremely unprofessional, and I found it very disturbing that he had to google how to cross examine someone. As a family law attorney cross examination is something that he should have had plenty of experience with. Especially this particular witness as it was a parental evaluator. I was paying him to help me, he did nothing but hurt our case and make things worse. Progress was finally made after my new attorney took over. For these reasons as I stated I would not recommend attorney Zeigler for any custody case.

Mooney York was easy to work with and I had no doubt that I was receiving the best representation available.
