If there were zero stars to give Andrew Ziegler, I would. He represented me in a custody case and COMPLETELY DROPED THE BALL. He didn't respond to multiple motions, ignored court orders, and did not tell me about any of the subpoenas or courts orders being filed. Never gave me a chance to fight anything! This man didn't respond to a subpoena which gave my ex boyfriend discovery by default. Because Andrew Ziegler did such a poor job my ex boyfriend now has my medical records and is sending me harrasing text messages. I fired him and hired new representation. Andrew was also fired from Mooney law. Not sure why but if he represented clients like he represented me, then I can see why they let him go. I don't owe him any money or anything. I did nothing to deserve such poor service from this attorney. If you value your money and your child DON'T HIRE THIS MAN. He should be disbarred for his lack of actions in my custody case. No one especially an ex should have the right to your medical records in a custody case. I now have my ex texting my about things that have NOTHING to do with custody. Do yourself a favor and run from this guy!

Do yourself a favor and don't use this Law Firm. They are just horrible. My attorney was moved to a new office and I was not notified. I was also communicating with the assistant and I was notified at my hearing that she no longer worked there, and they didn't get any of my communication I had been sending her. Hard time getting my attorney to call me back. My case was dropped through the cracks. Neither attorney did anything and blamed each other. The judge even asked my attorney why he didn't do the subpoenas and he blamed the other attorney. I lost a case that should have been an easy win.

I was denied the professional help in vindication from this firm for my life threatening injury I sustained that cause me great agony and pain that also had me eating soft puree foods for 3plus months from throat trauma to which I was diagnosed by York regional and kept over night. I seek vindication for my serious injury of longterm pain and suffering by way of the strict product liability laws. This law firms paralegal advised me that Mr.Mooney is not interested in pursuing the case matters against the major multimillion dollar fruit company Dole fruits to compensate me in a monetary value to help me pay for my hospital bill I acquired and for my PTSD I also obtained from the life threatening incident caused by the unmarked precautions on the individual fruit containers. So if this had happened to a small child and the parents took diligent action this is how the Mooney firm would treat them by slamming the doors of their firm in their face. Please refrain from seeking any compassion or business from these unproffesional lobbyists.
