George just wrote letters to the appossing attorney for a year and a half and accomplished absolutely nothing. Just wasted our money. I wish I could give him a 0.

I used this firm from a reference on our works website. I had Micheal Aegbuniwe & Kaitlyn Gates, his paralegal. Most unprofessional, rude firm I’ve ever dealt with. Not once did they update me on anything to do with my case, unless I reached out through email or calls. Then I emailed “has there been any progress on my case”? They respond lyes big news” It was finished 3 weeks ago and they never even told me. The paralegal was rude in responding to emails and then when the case was over sent me an envelope requesting payment even though they still owed me money from my retainer. Never again will I use these people.Would give 0 stars if I could.

My attorney was Michael N. Aegbuniwe, he represented me very well in my case. At sometimes during the process, I thought I was left in the dark but all I had to do is give him a call and he would respond back to me. Michael got me to a lesser charge with my situation. At one point I was concern for everything being stretch out through months, because I was paying court cost every month. I believe that is how the court system works. I would use MOONEY/LAW again if need so.

Called today for possible representation and spoke with some nasty A$$ paralegal that was totally nasty and rude because I couldn't remember my email off hand. Just lost a good client! Psa: if you don't want to work with all nationalities then find another line of freaking work.

We hired attorney Ziegler to take care of our adoption case. We agreed upon a ONE time payment of $5000. We paid in full upfront which was a huge mistake. Every month or so we would call for an update and every month we were told that our case is moving forward smoothly. This went on for a little over a YEAR. At this point we knew something had to be wrong. We eventually recieved a phone call from Mooney Law saying that Attorney Ziegler is no longer with the firm and that our case will be transfered to another attorney. After we spoke to the new lawyer we were told that Ziegler never even attempted to do anything on our case AT ALL. it just sat in a file and collected dust. So he basically got paid and did almost no work. We found out He did fill out some paperwork but it was all filed incorrectly. So it had to be done all over again. Within 3 months of transferring our case to attorney Swartz we were already in court and on our way to winning our adoption case. Which just proves how little attorney zielger actually did on our case. We than ended up owing even more money to mooney law because ziegler didn't fill out our contract correctly so Mooney Law was able to exploit that mistake. We told them that we had agreed to pay a flat fee of $5000 dollars but they said it didn't account for certain fees. Zielger told us it paid for all fees. So just another way he screwed us over. The only reason we are giving 3 starts and not 1 is because attorney Swartz went above to beyond to expedite our case after we were thru all this with Ziegler but we still believe we shouldn't have to pay the additional $700 since our original agreement with Ziegler stated that everything was paid.
