Heather is amazing!! She helped me get the points reduced on a traffic ticket I received. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She handled the entire process with ease! We hired Heather after my son was arrested for a DUI. Heather and I were friends in elementary school and high school. We hadn’t been in contact for over 20 years. Through social media I knew she had started her own law firm, it was no surprise to me as she had always been driven, motivated, and intelligent . I knew she was the right person for us, to guide us through this unknown territory. She did not disappoint!!! Heather kept in contact through the entire process, answering questions that we had, explaining what forms to sign and return, explaining step by step how the ARD program works, and responding quickly. My son and I agree the process would’ve been so stressful without her knowledge. I’m hoping to never need her expertise again, but if that would happen she would be my first call.

I’d like to shine a little light on my experience the past couple months. I had a knock on the door and it was the county sheriff, I was served with a PFA and facing charges based off allegations of something that in my mind only a monster would be capable of. After getting the papers and thoroughly reading through them, I’ve never been more scared in my entire life. I was being accused of the unthinkable. The next morning I sat in my Jeep wondering how this is possible, how I was gonna be able to explain my innocences. The fact I had to place my fate of my entire world into someone’s hands had me ready to run. At that moment and time an out reached hand of Ms. Reiner took mine and said “I honestly believe you are innocent” minutes turned to hours which turned to days which turned to months, Ms Reiner never doubted me. The compassion an dedication she put forth into proving my innocence was beyond my wildest dreams. Ms. Reiner’s level of professionalism is remarkable. You couldn’t place a dollar amount on the piece of mind she offered me. Heather did an outstanding job with my Fiancé's case. He was accused with serious criminal charges from a past relationship that could’ve possibly caused him to be deported & in prison for 30+ years. Heather was always attentive, in communication at all times, making sure we met in person when anything new arise. We are a couple of the Christian Faith & one of the things we loved was her ethics always staying truthful & honest. There were times where the case was unpredictable because the verdict depended on the jurors. But we kept declaring “We believe & trust in God, the truth will set us free”. The trial was a stressful experience, however I cannot thank enough, the jurors were selected thoroughly & they took their time studying the case & looking into all the evidence. It ended turning to a full acquittal on all felony charges. From the bottom of our hearts, we will be forever grateful to Heather. We can definitely say Justice was served in Lancaster. We will definetly refer her to anyone that cross our path.
