I was facing prison time (and a litany of other punishments) as a result of a Tier 3, Refusal, Second Offense DUI in Pennsylvania, Feb 2013. To say I was impressed with Atty. Ogden would be a vast understatement. The skill and strategy he employed not only provided a not guilty verdict, but allowed me to keep my job, my security clearance, and most importantly, kept me out of prison. His knowledge of traffic law and the State Police DUI handbook was astonishing. Atty Ogden was actually able to get arresting officer to rescind 6 of the 7 so called "indicators" that he observed, which led to my arrest.
