I was fighting to keep my kids an before my sister talked to Benn an he talk to Katharine about taking our case I was so scared but from the moment we first talked to Katharine over the phone she just has a way about making you feel calm an it feels good knowing you have some like her on your side. To make a long story short the case was closed an I still have my children. She assisted my lead lawyer who was filling in while my regular lawyer was away. Her instructions from my fill-in lawyer were to send a letter to opposing counsel. She did so without running the draft by me like my regular lawyer would have always done. The letter had significant errors in it. I called her on it, she promised it wouldn't happen again. Then she did it *a second time*. She can't be trusted to properly consult with the client.
