They were very unreliable and rude during calls! I would not waste my time with this law firm. They were very unprofessional and hostile towards me. This was just the initial phone call. They canceled my appointment to review my case one day before my appointment and I lost time on my case. Theywere very insensitive about my case issues almost yelling at me on the phone. The people at the company came off as very unhappy and stressed.

I contacted the office to try to set up a consult and was cut off by the administrative staff person when trying to explain my situation. I couldn’t get a consult without paying $150. They weren’t even willing to listen or point me in the right path.

Even though they advertise as having a free consultation, let me assure you that they do not offer free consultations as advertised.

Oh yes, Kurt is a great lawyer. He's saved me and my girlfriend more than once. His rates are reasonable and I can assure anyone you'll get better results using him than most any other lawyer. He kept me from sitting 2-3 years mandatory upstate on a bogus charge. He got it dropped to make a false statement to police and I got off with a years probation. Pretty good when considering I was planning on at least a 2 year vacation. Doubt my word? Consult with him on your case and see if he doesn't get better results than you're getting now from your attorney.
