I was facing some drug charges and Mike was able to get me what I imagine is one of the best outcomes when working with the arresting officer and the Judge. I did not get ARD even, but a local program that saved me a lot of time and Money. I owe everything to Mike he's the best!

Carrucoli and Associates far exceeded my expectations and represented me in a situation that could have landed me in prison. My son had a single-car accident, mid-morning, on a rain soaked highway. At the hospital, his blood was drawn. Despite no alcohol and only a normal dose of his prescription medication; he was charged with a DUI. The charges were a result of the level of his prescribed medication; the effects of which do not cause an impairment. Mr. Carrucoli and his partner worked with us and the D.A. to address the absurdity of the charges. In the end, the DUI charge was dismissed, my son was exonerated. Mr. Carrucoli assured us that he would do everything he could to help and he came through. My son is a straight-A college student who had no traffic violations. This incident could have put him on a course that would have erased the hard work he has done his whole life. I am just happy that we were able to hire Carrucoli & Associates to represent my son. If not for his understanding of the law, his patience and persistence, and dedication to his clients' best interest, my son would be at best facing ARD and worse a DUI record for taking his prescription. Atty Carrucoli is on top of his game. I had a charge completely dismissed by the judge dispite the officer insisting on keeping the charges. Very knowledgable and up to date on new legislation.

Mike was very informative and responsive through out the entire time I needed his assistance with my case. Atty Carrucoil was very knowledgeable, and well prepared to handle my defense. He did a very good job of bring to light all relevant circumstances and factors related to the case. He was quick thinking in addressing items raised in testimony and effectively addressed or rebutted them in a respectful and advantageous manner.
