I used Mike for my DUI defense and he was able to get me the best possible outcome. Everything worked out just like Mike explained it to me at our first meeting. He was very organized and knowledgeable and was great with following up with me almost immediately in all instances. I shopped around and Mike's fee was right in line with or less than most attorneys. I feel like I received a lot of value for the fee I paid for his services. I hired Mr. Carrucoli for a reckless driving case involving excessive speed. Considering I had an out of state license and was driving at one of the fastest speeds the officer and judge had ever seen, it was not expected that I would have gotten any leeway from the officer or judge. This was the prospect given from multiple laywers I contacted. Mr. Carrucoli managed to reduce my ticket and save me from a suspended license as well as a hefty fine. His services came at a surprisingly low fee and I’d be happy to come back to him for any traffic matters.

Hired for DUI case. No license suspension, no breathalyzer, no fines, DUI classes & DONE. Also hired on the morning of court for my friend. Came through like a champion! 2nd offense, only a 30 day license suspension instead of 6-12 months, no fine, no classes. Transferred DL to another state & they released license with no breathalyzer required.

Mike did an incredible job representing me. I was looking at 30-45 days jail time for a tier 3 DUI but he was able to get my sentence reduced to 90 days house arrest. This benefited me in that I was able to retain my job and therefore income. I would highly recommend Mike to anybody in need of an attorney. He will work hard for you and you will be glad you hired him.

Mike is awesome and is more than a lawyer. After I was arrested for DUI I thought I was going to lose my driving privilege and my job (since my job require me to drive). But Mike saved the day for me. He helped me retain my driver license and best of all my job was saved.

My son, who suffers from Aspergers and depression, was charged with possession of marijuana when police responded to his 911 call. Attorney Carrucoli was able to get most of the charges dropped and reduced to a fine. He was very good about carefully explaining the situation and procedures for my son. He also included statements from my son's autism and mental health support staff for his case with the DA. I would highly recommend Attorney Carrucoli for his compassion and diligence.
