I sought Ed's assistance with a high profile legal matter. Ed has been there each step of the way, reviewing options and navigating the process. When we made an 11th hour decision to make a particular filing, he worked late to get the necessary documents prepared and filed. He and the other attorneys in the firm FrancePaskey were available for legal consultation and research support. As a result, I felt confident with our approach. What is particularly valuable to me is his critical thinking and ability to identify possible outcomes that could result from various possible courses of action. He is a counselor. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Attorney Paskey. He has a vast knowledge of the inner workings of the court system due to his time spent as a prosecutor and through his practice. Unfortunately I had the need for an attorney to advise me on a misdemeanor charge. Ed is the best. A few years ago I faced double homicide by vehicle charges (felonies). A conviction could have meant spending a year or two in prison among other penalties and my life falling apart.
