'Did not help me. The website looks so helpful and passionate about fighting four your case if your have been unfairly dismissed at your job I was so excited about my upcoming consutlation. But the Paralegal (his wife) only took my information to refer me to the EEOC which I already had. She also tried to make out that I never arranged for a consultation even though I did weeks before! I went over and over the facts of my case and how it clearly looks like retaliation I have found an Attorney now, she doesn't need witnesses, but the Paralegal just took every energy out of me. She said she needed witnesses and that they are busy with unemployment cases, which their website does not show. Very disatisfied by those who do not truly care about the unfair treatment about those in a workplace and belittle someone just because they do not believe they its a justified case. Keep fighting for what you think is right despite ones opinion!' It was nice to speak directly to Jeremy Donham today. He was able to understand my concern and also explain why they are not really taking on many employment cases right now. Speaking to him direclty I think he probably is a strong Attorney who will try to fight for your case above and beyond its just that I was not able to talk with him directly initially about my case but now he sees that I did have some valid issues with my previous employer. He sounded like he cared about my case and about my dissatisfaction. He is a people's person, very skilled and empathetic about my situation. I am happy we had resolved this today.
