We have been working with Jack for almost 2 1/2 Years for business requirements. He is excellent person, lawyer. He guides us with each step. We have not looked back and he had been our attorney since then. Very approachable and response is excellent.

You won’t properly be represented by this law firm. I’ve had emails go unanswered for weeks been billed for handling paperwork that was never sent to the proper ppl. My case has stalled because of paperwork. My friend was also represented by this firm and we both feel that because of us being men we never got the proper representation that we paid for. Unfortunately I didn’t know they represented him until after the fact. I went here purely based on the 5 star review which this place in no way shape or form deserves. Go somewhere else or you’ll regret it later on such as I have. It’s been over a month and I’m still having supervised visitation because the paperwork was never forwarded to the evaluator but I was billed and paid for it to be along with other communications that I received no answer to my questions. I was also billed because I had to have a meeting in the hallway as I didn’t understand what was happening because my attorney ms Jennifer Galloway never prepped me or explained what we were doing. I was given false hope and an estimate on the bill then told that my case involved more than thought even tho I properly explained the entire situation. My questions were unanswered and after the conciliatory meeting which in fact my ex and I made an agreement previous too that what I was originally told was impossible to attain (false hope) even tho my ex and I came up with an agreement prior to the conciliation I was stilled billed as tho ms Galloway had done everything and was the reason an agreement was reached. A also believe that I my ex was more or less represented and I basically just paid the bill as when it came to communication with her it was instant but when it came to communicating with me my emails/questions were left unanswered. I’ll be calling the Pennsylvania bar association to make a complaint and speaking with someone about a possible lawsuit against the firm. Nearly 2 months yet paperwork I was billed for is still not in the hands of the person who evaluated me. If you care about your child and attaining custody you’ve got a better chance getting your ex to agree than you do of being properly represented by this firm. I strongly recommend you go anywhere else or represent yourself.

Took our money & did NOTHING! Represented my sons in disorderly conduct case. He NEVER even looked at our evidence, asked VERY FEW questions at the hearing, both sons were found guilty. Told us after a hearing we could appeal on our own and do exactly what he did ...... When they self represented in appeals court they won WITHOUT him!

Mr. Graybill represented me in a d.u.i. case. He was very affordable, and communicated with me through every aspect of the case. He worked very hard, and in the end got me a better deal than was expected.

I retained Attorney Graybill to represent me after my sons mother filed a false PFA against me, alleging (amongst other things) death threats and child abuse. My Wife and I shopped around, and both agreed that we should choose him. From the start, Jack was honest and upfront about everything. Considering how short notice this case was, communication and preparation leading up to Court was great. Myself and my witnesses all felt ready and had no questions when we walked in. We spent a painfully long day in the Courtroom and ended up being there until after hours. Jack was organized, calm, well-spoken, and professional throughout and did an excellent job in accurately depicting events, examination, cross-examination, and closing. The end result was her final PFA being denied due to failure to meet burden of proof. I suppose it didn't hurt that my sons mother showed up in shackles and an orange jumpsuit, but even so I believe that without his expert representation I would have been lost as to how to deal with that day in Court. I would absolutely recommend him to any good parents in similar circumstances.

Mr. Graybill was very professional, accommodating and expedient in creating and processing our request for wills, POAs, and Durable POAs for both my husband and myself.

I am very lucky that I was referred to Mr Greybill. Jack is the type of person who does his job flawlessly. He knows the law inside and out and is always prepared. I put myself in a pretty rough spot and if it wasn't for Jacks work ethic I'd be in a lot more trouble then I already am. He works very intelligently and is always ahead of the game. There hasn't been a time where Jack wasn't the most prepared person in the court room. Th best part about Jack is how honest he his. He doesn't sugarcoat anything and always tells you how it is.
