I keep going back because I try to see the good in people, Chris Fay can be very nice to bad you’ll only see him when you hire Fay Law & Associate I can guarantee you that you’ll never see him again!!!! They make false promises, They take years to settle on your case and the worst part is that you call them and they’re never available to answer your calls and don’t bother leaving a message that they’re not calling back.

I have sent many emails and they are not responding when I call the office they say someone else is going to call me and I still don't get no one to call me according to Ramon. My case is already going on for five years I would like a prompt response. Also I called a year ago to make an address change and they still haven't changed it. I will not recommend this place to anyone

I worry that this firm may not be legitimate! Being put off regarding access to settlement money. Was told case was settled and will have money by end of week. TWO weeks later I still haven't received anything. When I call, daily, nobody gets back to me. They offered me a loan but still haven't produced one. Now at wits end and frustrated beyond.
