i hired dan to represent me on a felony charge. it was a awful experience. not only did i end up spending a full day and night in JAIL after taking his advice... but the next day he "couldnt find the proper paperwork" which delayed my release 4 hrs! i was trying to have a nco lifted and was denied on 4 seperate occassions... solely due to the fact that Dan was not prepared and did not familiarize himself with the case and/or people involved at all. i hired a different lawyer and he had the nco in progress to be lifted after just the FIRST court date. dan refunded me some of what i paid him.. .thanks for that... but if anything... i spent time in jail that i shouldnt have. and i would have appreiated ALL of my money back since you did NOTHING for me besides cost me time. hoping nobody else has an experience like this
