I called Steven yesterday and left a brief message he returned my call almost immediately! The help you gave me was priceless! Recently I've been struggling with a LLC I never should have opened Long story short I only went to the registration process with the state of Rhode Island I never filed with the federal government but R.I was trying to hold my feet to the fire for processing fees roughly $500 a year, they offered me no help and none of these government sectors talk with each other so I was spending money going back-and-forth between the Rhode Island Department of taxation they demanded I needed a certificate of good standing from the Rhode Island Department of taxation but really what this was, was just another tax on my ignorance. Stephen put my mind to rest and assured me that my LLC will simply be revoked if I do not file with the federal government for taxes. The state of Rhode Island did not want me to know this little tidbit of information because they wanted that $500 thank you Stephen I really appreciate the help !!!
