I can’t put in words how much Michael has helped my father and it such a quick manner! My father was taxed for cigarettes he bought online years ago prior to his stroke. I was unaware of this until I tried to register his vehicle. I called the state and was told that he owed thousands of dollars due to the interest that built up over the years. My father is now on disability due to impaired mobility/speech, and unable to pay. I was fighting tooth and nail, and could not get anywhere with them. I felt hopeless. So I reached out to Michael and he was immediately ready to help. In less than two weeks I had paid the bare minimum for the taxes, and I was able to register my father’s vehicle. My father couldn’t be happier or more thankful. I recommend Michael for any tax issue you have!

I was very pleased to have found Mr. Napolitano. I had a 30yr old tax issue from a former business I was unaware of and Mike helped to come to a resolution with the division of taxation. He is very kind and helpful. I also have had issues with the recent death of a friend and he is helping me with probate things. I highly recommend Attorney Michael Napolitano for any issue that may arise with the IRS. As a self-employed tax payer, I received a notice that my tax return was being audited. After reviewing my return for the year in question I reached out to Attorney Napolitano for advice. We met to review my return and we agreed that he should handle the audit. Happily within a week, I was informed that there were no issues and the IRS had closed the file. If I am ever in that position again or need tax advice my first call will be to Attorney Napolitano.

Attorney Michael T. Napolitano is a great attorney, not a jingle. He has been my family's attorney for more than 20 years. He helped my husband and I deal with a very nasty tax issue. In the years since he has done our small business and personal yearly tax preparations. He returns phone calls promptly.
