We went to court over visitation he didn't really ask any questions r/t issue... he put my kids at risk and caused me money...

I paid Jeff to file child support papers. He told me he did file them 3months went by with no results. I called family court to find out what happened and they informed me he never filed the paperwork. He lied to me numerous times telling me the Sherriff was slow and that he filed the paperwork,which he did not and he will not give my money back or return my calls. He is a scam.
