I retained this firm to handle a traffic violation that was false and was an act of retaliation from the local police department. Allyson handled my case. I think that my case may have been more complicated than the average traffic ticket as there were other issues (my filing of a formal complaint against the officer with internal affairs for threats, retaliation and violations of civil rights, as well as accusations of fraud on official documents and reports). Allyson talked through the case with me and all of the details and listened very intently. She represented me at the arraignment and was prepared to take my case to trial. Ultimately, her persistence and willingness to stand up and fight for her client led to the ticker being dismissed before it made it to trial. I am very pleased with the services provided and the costs were surely reasonable compared to having a tarnished driving record and increased insurance rates. While I hope to never have to fight a traffic ticket in Rhode Island again, I would not hesitate to retain this form again.
