Joshua was excellent. I was involved in a car accident while driving under the influence. He explained every step that was going to occur and made sure I understood the the steps to come. I was pulled over for a DUI recently before the winter 2014. I am Massachusetts resident and the incident happened in Rhode Island which it made very tough for me find a good lawyer that could help the case. Luckily, I found Joshua, as he was recommended and rated as one of the top DUI attorney in Rhode Island. Joshua is very knowledgeable with DUI cases, and he is a very straight shooter. He is very driven to win your case, and advocating on your behalf so that you get the minimum charges. He is very professional and informative. He is very sure of the process, and would give you great confidence entering the courthouse everytime. I had my 1st DUI in Massachusetts, so this DUI in Rhode Island would be my second time.
