This attorney is “hands down” the best attorney we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He took on our extremely complicated custody case, for our beautiful granddaughter, when no one else would consider representing us. He was upfront , passionate , and accurate. We’ve used Ken for other issues and have felt as though we could not be in better hands. Not only is he an extremely resourceful attorney, he is an outstanding human ! He listened intently and made things work . If he believes in something he does not “let go”. That’s the attorney I want in my corner. His integrity, character, confidence, and compassion are second to none.

I bought a house in Massachusetts. This DiCristofaro guy bought a car from a family friend, and the used car salesperson recommended I use DiCristofaro for the house closing legal review, title and lien search, etc. I hired him. He did the lien search. He didn't report any problems to me or my wife. He sent a colleague to come to the closing. It's a good thing I bought title insurance. Lo and behold, when I went to sell my house, I found out that at that time that I bought it, some creditors had placed liens on the house against the people from whom I bought the house. But DiCristofaro either didn't do a thorough lien search (I paid him to do one!) or he didn't report the results accurately to us. He was aloof and haughty. He was very unpleasant.
