This is an outstanding resource for people all over Rhode Island. Andy especially is a unique attorney in that he will take his time with his clients carefully creating the plans they need to get the most out of programs like Medicaid. Highly recommend!

I went to Attorney Brule to write my will. At the time, he told me it could be revised as necessary at no additional cost. After I moved and my husband passed away, I went back to have my will revised accordingly. Once I explained how I wanted the will revised(the new address to replace the old address and mention of my husband removed ), Attorney Brule spent the rest of the appointment explaining that I should set up a living trust. He explained why this was important and I told him I would consider it. Within a week of that appointment, Attorney Brule sent me a bill for $1,650.00 for the living trust. It has been 5 months since the appointment and I have not received my revised will. I have made several attempts to obtain it through repeated phone calls to the office. My calls and messages have been ignored. If you are considering writing a will, do not use this attorney.
