Jody was our attorney when we sold our Rhode Island home last spring. She did a great job. There were a few issues that came up with the buyers' financing, and this is where Jody really shined - she did a lot of extra work to help ensure the sale went through, she always kept us apprised of what was going on, and she gave us, in an honest way, the assurances we needed to help lower the stress level. She did not charge us anything extra for all the extra time she spent on the sale. We couldn't be happier with Jody's work for us and if I ever need to buy or sell another home in Rhode Island, I will definitely retain her.
