I went to Chris for help, broke trying to leave a domestic violence situation with four kids many years ago. He said he would give me the best help/ advice I could ever get. Charged me $500 for about 30 minutes of conversation. Nothing useful was said and he never got back to me again. Way to scam a scared single mom out of money.

If you are looking to hire a Divorce Attorney who will not put you first or fight to get you the best possible settlement by all means hire Chris Heberg . Chris does not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner and when the going gets tough you can be sure Chris will tuck his tail between his legs and run the other way . He is goal is to settle your case as quick as possible and collect his payment. His ongoing health problems should bar him from practicing law since his main focus is on his personal health not his client .

Chris knew exactly what he wanted to do, he showed a great deal of respect and seemed to care very much for the outcome being in our favor. His examination and cross examination was spot on. He really showed he was prepared and engaged in the process and got the result that we were hoping for. Very, very happy with the work he did and I would highly recommend him.

Chris was a rockstar in my case! I had a divorce that went on for nearly two years that ended in a three-day in-person trial.
