I wanted to write this review during the process for two reasons , one some people forget when the dreadful court experience is done and, two because there's someone like I was searching for an attorney , and looking to see if there's any reviews during the process. My divorce and custody is a messy one for sure. Less than two weeks before my first hearing I contacted Damon and right away his interest was the same as mine. "The marriage is over , the kids are top priority " was his words. At that point I knew he was the right attorney for me. This process is trying, frustrating, and stressful, but it makes it a lot easier when you have an attorney who gets it. There are attorneys that simply will sell you a "dream divorce" because you are loading their pockets. Then there's Damon; from my current experience money is not the reason that man walks into that courtroom for you, it's not the reason he works around the clock. It's because this guy from the first conversation believes in what he fights for and stands on it. Damon has worked with me every step of the way, and continues. Divorce eventually ends , unfortunately custody is something that can drag on for a while. It is our job as mothers and fathers to take care of our families not go toe to toe in a courtroom; let Damon do that for you, so you can focus on what's important. So to the person that reads this that's struggling to find the right fit, worried sick for your children, and struggling financially , give him a call I promise you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend Damon as a family court attorney, even more specifically, high conflict cases. I really appreciated how he took the time to talk about my case and cared enough to listen. There are good lawyers, and then there is Damon. He transcends expectations, standards and never loses compassion or professionalism. He juggles all of this effortlessly and with integrity... He's helped me get back my life and my family, in a situation where the deck was stacked against us and my family and I were in need of serious help. Emotional moments, scenarios where we needed to show patience, and other times where he needed to push the envelope, were all timed to perfection and executed just as well... His fee will never be enough to compensate him for what he's done for me.
