Daphne Hamilton assisted me last year during a very difficult time for my family when my mom was in the hospital and changing her living arrangements on release. Daphne was so reassuring, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Just the guidance we needed. She handled the closing in my mom’s home sale. I loved working with her and her office so much that my husband and I are having an estate package done. Daphne is very professional yet so down to earth. Highly recommend!

I don't usually post details or ratings of my professional engagements but I will today. I'm a professional with engagements with a number of legal advisors in a variety of capacities. I was the health care agent and POA for a friend with a terminal illness, suddenly faced with a number of particularly thorny and time sensitive crises. Samantha and her firm stepped up to the plate in a remarkably supportive and unprecedented time frame to assist me in completing the legal documents which would assure that my dying friend's final wishes were legally codified before her passing. The firm completed legal documents on 1 day notice to completely overhaul my friends' final wishes which made all the difference. I only wish her family understood how much work went into those legal processes.

We had met with other firms for estate planning, but none gave us the security or attention to detail that Daphne provided us. She walked us through the entire process, listened to all our goals and concerns, and drafted a trust and will that met all our needs. Throughout the process she asked 'what if' questions to assure we had a contingency plan for every possible situation. She brought up risks and opportunities we hadn't considered so at the end, we had a plan that gave us peace of mind that our wishes would be cared for.

Excellent experience with McCarthy Law, specifically Daphne, creating an estate plan in order to feel secure for what will happen with our young adult children and our assets. Daphne was friendly yet professional, and she answered all of our questions. She never made us feel silly if we didn’t understand something. It’s a small practice where we were made to feel welcome.
