I have been a client for several years now and this law office has done an incredible job arranging for my trust and all the peripheral elements that go with that family trust. They are extremely competent and I have great confidence in them and their work. Since that time I have called on several matters and they are quick to help and resolve my questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

After my parent could no longer care for herself in her home, I had to make the very difficult decision of putting her in a nursing home. I contacted Samantha McCarthy at McCarthy Law and she guided me through every step. She made the ½ hour trip to the nursing home numerous times to help my mom decide how to proceed, create a will and power of attorney, the sale of the house, Medicaid, where the funds needed to go and what needed to be paid. She happily answered my overwhelming number of calls, emails and questions. She specializes in this area of law and knew all the answers. Samantha handled everything and made an extremely stressful time, where I had no idea how to do what needed to be done, bearable. She basically held my hand and I will forever be thankful to have found her. I couldn’t have navigated this without her. Thank you, THANK YOU! Your team is amazing!
