Very nice helpful man ,good location .

The last thing you want as a client is to feel that your attorney is more concerned about his relationship with the opposing counsel than your current case. When I hired Atty Hooks I was recently abused and he allowed court orders to force me into homelessness and not be able to afford a fair trial by failing to disclose significance of his recommendation that only supported a personal agenda separate from what I expected from our initial consultation and after receiving the retainer fees. I wouldn't recommend his services to anyone unless you're willing to represent yourself with only legal advice from him, and that still would be extremely risky in RI.
