She was easy to talk to and encouraging about pursuing the case however I waned. Whole process from accident to payout took 8 months which is not bad given how long these things take. She negotiated my medical bills down and was able to get me a settlement that was worthwhile. Everything was on the up and up from getting my car repaired and having a rental to setting up my docs appointment. I felt like I was in competent hands.
