This Was the third time my wife and I have used Michael Richards with Bardorf & Bardorf. We used him as our attorney to refinance our last property, to buy our current property, and to refinance our current property. Each experience has been awesome and we wouldn’t use anyone else. My wife and I were skeptical of leaving the house during the height of the pandemic because she had just given birth a week prior. While we were trying to figure out what we were going to do, Michael called us and volunteered to drive out to our property in Little Compton to get the papers signed. He arrived right on time, had proper PPE, and we got the documents signed.
