Joe was committed to my case from the start. He was relentless in pursuing the facts and evidence . He did not quit when the other party was non-responsive and he kept me apprised along the way.

I want to say that my Attorney, Joe Daigle and his assistant, Donna, are the best! Joe and Donna both helped me out big time when I was rear-ended on the highway by a drunk driver and had a shoulder injury. My personal life got in the way big time and I dropped the ball with pursuing the case as quickly as I should have. Joe stayed in contact with occasional updates until I was in a better position to pursue it --- and when we did, he negotiated tirelessly and was prompt in responding to my requests for updates. He walked me through specific issues with my case and was always realistic about what he could give/get me. He didn't blow smoke or try and "level with me" or "speak my language" like a lot of Personal Injury-type ambulance chasers who want to appeal to younger folks do. He was to the point, stuck to the facts, and made me feel comfortable without overdoing it. No smoke-blowing. If I asked for numbers, he gave me numbers. If I asked for details, I got them. From day one, it was clear he wanted to help me out. Joe kept negotiating with defense even when they tried to laugh me off with a pittance. He told me what the defense thought my case was worth and what he was going to negotiate for. He updated me at every turn and, when he couldn't, Donna kept me in the loop. At the end of the day, my settlement was well within reasonable expectation--especially considering how much time had passed. I am satisfied. Worthy to note: His assistant, Donna, is wonderful! I couldn't end this review without remarking on how good of a right-hand woman she is. Whenever Joe was busy with deliberations or other cases, Donna was always right there to answer questions, tap Joe when I needed it, do due diligence related to the case, and keep the essential gears of the case moving forward. She is invaluable. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to handle a personal injury case. He gives what he gets. If you are ready to buckle down and work with him, he will return the energy. He won't wantonly promise six-figures and talk like a big shot. Not one to mince words, either. All things I'd want in an attorney. If I still lived in the area and ever needed help on a similar case, I'd surely be right back in Joe's office.

Unfortunately, I was involved in a traumatic wrongful termination issue with my former employer (the largest hospital in the state). We hired Joe to represent us in a real estate dispute. At our first meeting he clearly laid out the steps he would be following in our case including the retainer, a complete evaluation of the documents we provided him and a review of the relevant statutes and case law. He made no promises regarding the outcome and asked us more than once what our expectations were. At our second consultation and after completion of his research he agreed we had a strong case and proceeded from there. Although in the midst of another case he kept us informed via email and phone. We give Joe our highest recommendation.

I hired Joe to help me with a discrimination case. He advised and communicated with me every step of the way providing me with possible scenarios and outcomes. I hired Joe to help me with an unfair termination. He did an excellent job. He kept me abreast of progress of my case continuously via phone and/or e-mail. He was able to reach a settlement in my favor quickly, professionally and efficiently. I hired Joe to represent me for what should have been a simple case in 2015-2016. I had hired a "contractor" to construct a deck which cost me over $22,000. It was so badly constructed and unsafe it had to be torn down. I had to hire another contractor to rebuilt another deck. Instead of guiding me to take the appropriate steps prior to the deck being razed, which I specifically inquired about. He asked me about this a year later. An example was his calling me a year after the deck was torn down asking if I called the building inspector to view the deck as evidence?? This was something he should have instructed me to do. That is what I paid him for. The other thing which infuriated me was when we had a chance to settle and did not. He later called stating that the "contractor " was going to file for bankruptcy. I was never told once when someone filed for bankruptcy your chances of collecting damages are nill! These are just two examples of many!! Joe ends up with my $2000 which he insists that you pay him upfront for a lot of bad advice. The contractor who walked away with my $22000 paid me nothing because Joe did nothing when he found out he was going to file for bankruptcy. I had to keep chasing Joe for information for months. He would not call me or keep me up to date on anything. Why should he??? He had my $2000 as a retainer. He already got paid. I am still paying a loan on a deck that was torn down. HE COULD HAVE CARED LESS. WHEN I WOULD CALL, I WOULD BE PUT INTO VOICEMAIL. WHEN HE DID GET BACK TO ME HE WOULD ACT AS THOUGH I WAS BOTHERING HIM! HE IS A ONE MAN SHOW. GO WITH A LARGE COMPANY WITH THE MANPOWER AND REPUTATION TO BACK YOU!! Don't make the mistake I made.
