Highly responsive and diligent in handling cases
“Joe and Donna both helped me out big time when I was rear-ended on the highway by a drunk driver and had a shoulder injury. My personal life got in the way big time and I dropped the ball with pursuing the case as quickly as I should have. Joe stayed in contact with occasional updates until I was in a better position to pursue it --- and when we did, he negotiated tirelessly and was prompt in responding to my requests for updates.”

He updated me at every turn and, when he couldn't, Donna kept me in the loop. “Instead of guiding me to take the appropriate steps prior to the deck being razed, which I specifically inquired about. He asked me about this a year later. An example was his calling me a year after the deck was torn down asking if I called the building inspector to view the deck as evidence?? This was something he should have instructed me to do.”
