I contacted Attorney Brinkerhoff in August 2019... I was at my wits end financially due to the fact.. my daughter being homeless for so long.. and of course I had to help her
After discussing my current finances..
He allowed me to go on a monthly payment plan...
My last payment was January 2020..
And immediately thereafter
My Court date today February 6 2020
He is very efficient, and very kind

Called him for a consultation. He was rude and didn’t care about anything other than to blow me off on the phone. I wouldn’t recommend him if your trying to get even a peace of mind.

My husband and I hired attorney Brinckerhoff to help us with landlord issues. Our landlord sent us a non legit 5 day demand letter and were making our lives so stressful. We hired Nelson to come to court with us and help handle everything and we are so happy we hired him! He was wonderful and straight to the point and I left court so happy with the results. He knows his stuff and had no issue telling their attorney that they were in the wrong. We will definitely hire him again if we have any other issues!
