He was extremely disorganized and couldn't even remember my name or any details about my case. He always cut me off and never let me ask questions. When I did ask a question he wouldn't answer it directly.. I felt as though he didn't actually care about anything. When he couldn't remember my name and wouldn't let me talk, I tried easing my voice over him to get my point across and he cut ties with me and hung up on me... very unprofessional and disorganized
