Terrible. So disorganized. When my husband was in an accident with me a few years ago, it wasn’t my fault. Richard of course was of major help because he knew he’d win money. However, last year, my husband was in an accident last year. It wasn’t his fault but the insurances said it would be 50/50. Richard never contacted us on anything. We had to keep contacting him. He gave up on us. He didn’t want the challenge of a 50/50. He didn’t help us win. He then lost my husband’s paperwork on top of that which had personal information!!! Every time my husband called him, he’d say he couldn’t talk because he was off or with a client. He said he’d call back. Did he?? No!! I told my husband he should have just gone to my attorney. So from now on, he’s sticking to my attorney because Richard Pacia has not and won’t do anything for us.
