While obviously not happy to have our personal finances reach a point that we needed to reach out to an attorney for help, we were very lucky to have been directed to Mr. Simonian’s office. From the very beginning it was obvious that our situation had complexities that made things more complicated, but he waded through everything with us and always provided us with direct, and most importantly, HONEST advice and council. Mr. Simonian, or someone from his office, always responded to questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Today, we went before the trustee and everything went smoothly. While, obviously, we would hope to never be in need of his services again, we can truly say that if we cross paths with anyone in a financial crisis that needs help, we will steer them this way

Mr. Simonian and his team were very professional and easy to speak to and feel comfortable with. Mr. Simonian made sure I was taken care of and provided good information about my case and what's to come after filing. He made me feel comfortable choosing him to represent me. Not proud of it but this was my 2nd time filing for bankruptcy ( market crash 2008 ). After some searching, I found John Simonian... And glad I did. Talk about a knowledgeable guy.. so fluid in his discussions on bankruptcy... Without question, always quick to communicate was his office.. a special shout out to Laurie, who was also a great help.. Don't take chances and try to save money by going to an inferior attorney.. Total cost to me was $1,800 and I believe it was money very well spent, and I would work with them again if I had to. Not proud to say it but this was my second time claiming bankruptcy after the market crash of 2008. I searched pretty diligently in search of a qualified bankruptcy attorney, and came across John Simonian's name. This gentleman was so impressive with his knowledge of the law, he asked many many questions and covered every base possible.. he even probed me for answers on questions I thought had nothing at all to do with the bankruptcy, but would have hurt me if he did not discover them, by asking me many questions. At a very reasonable cost of only $1,800 which I paid in two installments, was money well spent. A special shout-out to Laurie also who was very helpful with my case. Earlier this year my husband and I found ourselves in a stressful financial situation but I called Attorney Simonian and he was able to help us.
