highly recommend John Simonian if you find yourself in the position of having to declare bankruptcy. After Covid I was layed off from my job. The Co was closing up. I’m a senior left with only my SS coming in. I started to use credit cards for almost everything. To make a long story short, I was suddenly getting overwhelmed with the over the limit balances. It was out of control. I was not in a good place mentally or financially. The day I called John was the best day of the rest of my life. He was very professional, very kind and nonjudgmental. I was anxious and embarrassed. He set me at ease quickly with his calm demeanor. He explained to me that many people are filing for bankruptcy after Covid. Interest rates were up and many have lost jobs. I didn’t feel I was the only one after our talk. He explained how the process worked and what to expect. I followed all he asked me to do. Every phone call or email I sent with questions was answered the same day by John or his assistant Laurie. In the end it all went well. I am free of debt and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of me. I can’t thank John Simonian enough and I’m so grateful for his help getting me through this.

Just wanted to thank John & his staff for saving me & my daughter from a horrific experience. From our very first meeting he gave me hope & was extremely empathetic & professional. After leaving our first meeting I was extremely hopeful, which I hadn’t been in a very long time. He was incredibly informative & paid attention to every last detail so absolutely nothing was left to chance. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly & that I was prepared for my eventual hearing(which was nerve racking leading up to it but in the end was a simple 10 minute Q&A that I was obviously prepared for).
