Despite numerous emails and requests from our family, we received no response. This lack of communication and disregard for our concerns is unacceptable. As a long term care health professional, I understand the importance of caring for our elders and disabled. RJ Connelly and his team are committed to serving the needs of this population and do so with professionalism and passion. Their dedication is commendable. I also love the work they do in providing community education. Through free workshops, podcasts, blogs and radio show topics, it is clear that their efforts are genuine in providing knowledge so that all people can make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. Our family went to RJ and his team for estate planning and the development of a trust. We were more than pleased by the service, the professionalism of his team and the updates they provided us with. We then asked Attorney Connelly to take over the bill paying services for our elderly parents. RJ was hired to assist me in requesting Medicaid assistance for my wife . when she had to go to a nursing home for Alzheimer's. We communicated very well and there were many complications but he did it.
