I entered into Chapter 13 bankruptcy with another lawyer, but as I got into negotiating with my Trustee, I found out much more about how the Trustee would be reviewing my income and finances during the bankruptcy that my Lawyer did not communicate to me. I contacted Chris and got an accurate picture of what was going to be happening and the process. Not only did Chris review my case, but he answered multiple follow up questions and gave me great advice. Going forward I will always contact Chris first for all my legal needs and direction. He is a true consumer and client advocate.

I cold called on a Friday looking for information to close a large debt I owed in Rhode Island. I have been in Florida for eight years. Mr. Lefebvre quickly figured out my issues, provided me with 3 avenues to pursue, and then provided the path of least resistance. He was able to negotiate a fair amount to close the debt and had the entire matter handled by Tuesday. I began what I thought should have been a simple custody case, that for many reasons turned out to become a parents worst nightmare. I have never experienced anything like this before so it was all new to me. I initially retained another Attorney and after doing so I realized that my main concerns were not being heard or taken seriously. That Attorney was playing on my fears and vulnerabilities at my expense of course. We had filed for bankruptcy with another attorney and after our hearing one of our creditors filed a suit against us. Our attorney couldn't handle the claim any longer and referred us to Christopher. He was very prompt and assertive. Any time I contacted he responded right away and he always reassured us that he had the matter under control. It was a pleasure working with him and we couldn't have made it through the bankruptcy without him.
