Attorney Francis Connor lll met my hopes and expectations and then some. He was forthright, conscientious and reliable. He did what he said he was going to do in the demanding time frame we had to work with. He has superb judgment and simply put, very smart. He edited the draft of my written response so that it was unassailably professional. The environment was non-judgemental which supported unhampered dialogue. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the process and the outcome.

My recent experience with Frank was outstanding in everyway. In what was a very anxious time for me, he was able to make me feel supported, , confident and informed. He explains the legalities in a very straight forward way for the lay person. I was always able to reach him by phone or email, at ANY time. He reached out to me multiple times to keep me updated in what can sometimes be a slow process, to make me feel that I was not forgotten. I felt very well prepared during my deposition. I became a client of Frank's towards the end of 2014 through the first quarter of 2015 as he took on the case to represent me in a potential medical claim on behalf of my late husband which at the time of our engagement was a very sensitive time for my family. It was important for me to work with someone that was in tuned to the need for closure. Upon meeting him a rapport was established effortlessly and he immediately validated in my concerns and listened with care. He approached my case with a tremendous amount optimism and managed our relationship as if I were his only client, of course I know that to not be true! Overall, I really appreciated his empathetic nature and his desire to make sure I was informed during the process. I think what made him remarkable above other lawyers was his genuine kindness and ability to put himself in his client's shoes. Even though it was fairly obvious there would be no grounds for a suit, it was important to him to leave no stone unturned legally and to make sure he did all he could to help bring me bring closure and to put my mind at ease. Kindness is not always what you find in trial lawyers but I was lucky to have found it in him and to be the recipient of it during such an emotionally difficult time.

A frivolous and baseless complaint was lodged against me and I had to summarize an extensive chart for the board of review. Frank reorganized the summary and worked closely with me and gave sound advice. The case was thrown out and the board wrote me to indicate that no complaint would even be attached to my name. I highly recommend Frank for his insight, patience, and obviously considerable legal skills.

1 month ago I sustained a very bad accident due to the negligence of a local city. Frank was at my apartment the day after I got discharged from the hospital to check on me and review the process that we would be pursuing. He was so kind and genuine, you could tell his case was second priority to him, and my health and mental spirit was what he was most concerned with.
