Wow! Need an attorney and called on Chad, it was a complicated case and I had to get things done quickly. I sent him all the info and within days he had answers for me and had gotten a court date for me. I can't thank Chad enough for not only getting things done but for keeping me from losing my mind. He always kept me informed of what wa happening with my case. I sent a friend to a Chad while all this was going on with me and we both received the best advice and counsel from him and his staff.

Recently I had the misfortune of being pulled over and getting charged with a refusal. I was devastated and totally lost on what to do. Luckily I was referred to Chad Bank. I reached out to Chad first thing the next morning and he responded immediately. I went over what had transpired the night before and he reassured me that he would help me out. I was completely losing my mind about what was going to happen to me and how I was going to live my life without a drivers license. On the day of my first court date, Chad showed up on time and you could tell he was a complete professional and knew what he was doing. He walked me through what was going to happen and how I was going to be charged in the pre-trial. He handled it like a pro. In the days between the pre-trial and the remaining court dates I was still sick to my stomach. I remember sending Chad a text message rambling on about how concerned I was. Chad immediately texted me back and said "relax, I'm on it, stop worrying". Right away I knew I was in good hands. Chad was able to get all of my traffic charges, and the DUI dropped!!!! I was hit with the bare minimums for my refusal. I never once lost my license! Chad literally saved my kids and myself. I do not know how I would have survived without being able to drive to work. I am forever thankful. Chad is not only professional but extremely easy to talk to. He genuinely cares about his clients. I would not recommend anyone else to my friends and family. I am very lucky to have been referred to him
