I have come across a few lawyers in my life but none have worked as hard and as quickly as Chad Banks. He worked a magic when it came to my nephews case. All in a weeks time. I have to say he is one of, if not the best lawyers in the state. He is honest, straight forward, professional, always avalible and a man of his word. Last month I was referred to Chad Bank by a close relative. I was so worried about losing my drivers license after receiving my second speeding ticket in 18 months. When I appeared in court I was told that my license could possibly be suspended if I were to receive another ticket. Walking into the courtroom that day my plan was just to ask for an extension because I did not have the financial means to take care of the fine at the time. I tried to explain myself to the judge but unfortunately I was rushed and before I knew it I had a trial date set. I contacted Chad by calling his office. Chad was able to get back to me in a timely manner. At our meeting we discussed all of my options and he gave me his word he would take care of it. The following week Chad and I communicated through text messaging which is something I truly appreciated due to the fact that I work 70 hour weeks between my two jobs. Chad made our communication simple and sufficient while exuding professionalism over text. On my court day Chad kept his word and I walked out feeling relieved knowing that the ticket was dismissed and instead of possibly paying $200, I only paid $35 in court fees! Also the ticket is not on my driving record! I have recommended Chad Bank to my family and friends and did not hesitate in doing so. I have used Chad Bank and his associate Rorry Munns on 4 occasions for myself and 3 times for my brother as well. all of which Chad did exactly what he said he would. Chad is not your typical lawyer. He gets straight to the point and doesnt fool around. Chad has never blown smoke or BS'ed me. Un like other lawyers he doesnt make promises he cant keep. If you have ever been in trouble and on the inside of the ACI then you know that waiting and wondering is the worst part of the whole thing. and your lawyer can make the situation WORSE if you get the wrong one. Chad always kept me informed and made sure I was clear on what was going on. My family was ALWAYS able to reach him or his staff. Dealing with other lawyers I ALWAYS felt that they screwed me worse then the justice system. Chad has Never made me feel like that.Because of Chad I was able to see my daughter being born and spend the last few months of my grand mothers life home with her. Chad has saved my life!!! When it comes to money with chad. He doesnt try to bend you over and get rich cuz your in a bad spot with the law! He is beyond fair and understanding. Its simple Chad F Bank is a GOD SEND when it comes to the law.

Attorney Banks and Attorney Munns did an amazing job for my son who was charged with wreckless driving. He walked away with minor community service and zero charges. To quote the judge "I'm not sure how your attorney pulled this rabbit from the hat but I hope you are grateful!" Would definitely recommend them!!

Chad did a wonderful job helping keep me out of a situation that could have be really bad. He managed to get me into a 6 month alternative program rather than a year long extensive drug court out of my state. Eventually I will have my record expunged in 6 months rather than live with a bad one for life. The only reason I rated him 4 stars rather than 5 is I would have like more communication/phone pick ups and a better time estimate how long this case would take.
