I could write a book filled with all the times Chad F. Bank has come to our families rescue . Not only did Chad come to the hospital when my wife was there to make sure we had all of power of attorney documents in order but followed up to make sure we were all set in a very stressful time. There have been times we have had to call Chad at off hours, and he would always return the call and answer the barrage of questions we usually had. He would always explain things in a way that made sense, non of that legal nonsense, and makes you feel comfortable. He takes the time to make sure that everything is being taken care of in a timely fashion. Not only has Chad helped us with Power of Attorney issues, but he has handled real estate issues, criminal matters and everything in between. He is the best there is for all of your legal needs!! Anyone looking for an Attorney should look no further, Chad is the guy to go to no matter how small or large your case he will handle it!! I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for an attorney, there really isn't anyone out there that goes the extra mile like Chad!!

I entered the Kent County Courthouse without representation in July 2015. What he says he delivers.. any lawyer that will call you at 4am and talk to you until 6am means business.. there is no bs.. the underlying facts were there and somehow we managed to work something out.. it's not about the money with chad.. unlike other lawyers it was all about upfront money travel time..etc.. he is a busy man .
