Attorney Chad Bank is one of the better lawyers i've had the pleasure of hiring. Very professional and straight forward. When my wife was arrested she was already on probation with time hanging. Prosecutors wanted to charge her with a felony; not only did Chad get the charges reduced to a misdemeanor but he also ensured that she not be violated so she would not have to serve a mandatory 30-90 days with any probation violation. My experience with Chad being my legal representative was one of the best. Chad Banks will tell it straight and won't make false promises that he cannot deliver. Chad has represented my brother on all types of diffrent charges, misdorminors, felonys, traffic courts...my brother was arrested 9 time in 2 yrs some while out on bail and probation and people always wondered why my brother was so lucky and never served time. The experience we had with Chad was superior. He managed to get reduced sentence, and moved from ACI to rehab. He stuck with the case for months thru various hearings in court and meetings at ACI. Attorney Chad Bank was amazingly helpful and provided me "peace of mind" on an unexpected turn of events on a late Saturday afternoon in March 2015. A close family member was arrested following an accident and charged with driving under the influence and a refusal and was being retained at the Police Station. I called Chad immediately after getting this news and he was very responsive and calming and facilitated her release within a few hours. This was a life- saver as she was undergoing chemotherapy treatment and spending a night in jail was not acceptable. It gave me great relief to be able to bring her home. In addition, he helped her throughout the entire legal process and was able to get the DUI dismissed. I am grateful to Chad for being caring and extremely responsive.
