We all know going to a lawyer isn't always easy and cheap. I was very impressed with the services that were provided to me by mr bank and felt like a friend not just another client. having such a great relation ship with your lawyer makes you feel more confident in him representing you. he also kept you up to date with all the situations that were taking place in the case. never left you in the dark and was very straight forward. the only thing i can tell someone looking for representation buy a lawyer, the right choice to me would be having mr bank on your side.

I have had the pleasure and dissatisfication of the many attorney services. However those of Chad F Bank have proven to be extremely prevailing in many different situations from; family matters, to criminal to civil, he and his office has been there through all of my run ins with the justice system and have done their very best to ensure me my best out comes in all of my cases. For his promptness with returning calls to his "straight up- tell it like it is" personality i have used and obtained Chad Bank's services many of times and will continue to keep him on retainer for as long as i can. He is very fair with his pricing, (keep in mind you always get what you pay for with customer services), and Ive noticed tries to help individuals as much as he can (which i know from sending others his way). I am writing this review to include my experience(s) having been represented by Chad Bank on seven different criminal cases in RI/MA. In each scenario I have been thoroughly satisfied with Chad's competent knowledge of a variety of legal proceedings and his easy to explain attitude when speaking to me (his then client.) Where to begin. I hired Chad & his legal team after he was my ex-husbands divorce attorney. From seeing how he handled my ex's case and won, I decided I needed a lawyer like Chad. Chad and his team and great lawyers they were able to help and me and my family out with a variety of things from a living will , a restraining order situation and dealing with probate court after my mom passed away. I was out for a company holiday party last year in Providence, on my way home I was pulled over by a city cop. The officer said I was speeding which is why he pulled me over. I beg to differ as I am usually very careful when driving home late at night as we all know cops are looking for us. He then proceeded to tell me that he smelt alcohol on my breath. Asked me to step out of the car and performed field sobriety tests. I passed those but when it came to the Breathalyzer I blew a .09. The officer arrested me even though I was clearly sober and passed his field sobriety tests. I contacted Chad due to a referral from my friend who was very pleased when Chad had represented him. I spoke with Chad and told him the specific details about what happened. It came to my court date and he had my case and DUI completely dismissed, saved my job and my clean record!
