Chad picked up the phone himself in two rings and that was truly impressive. Attorney Chad Bank and his associate Mark did an exceptional job making me feel comfortable answering my questions at the initial meeting we had and followed through on everything they said they were going to do. Attorney Chad Banks knowledge of the law and how it pertained to my case was impressive and he was able to get my case, dismissed very quickly and efficiently. Rory is the absolute BEST! Got into a bit of trouble with my driving record and he got all of the charges dismissed and off my record before my court date even. He was extremely helpful and empathetic throughout the process. Love that they do a flat fee as opposed to other firms who charge per hour, shows they really care. I hope I don’t need to use him again but wouldn’t go anywhere else if so.
