Ken was a great lawyer. He helped me though the entire process and consistently went out of his way to help answer any questions I might have had. If not for him the whole process would have been much more difficult. I would highly recommend his services for anyone that might run into DUI trouble.

MR BARRETT TOOK ON THE RI REGISTRY FOR ME. IN 1997 I HAD A DUI AND COMPLETED ALL THE REQUIRED PENALTIES, FORMS AND CLASSES. SOMEHOW ALL THAT INFO WAS LOST AND IN 2002 THEY REQUESTED THE INFO AGAIN, WHICH I SENT. JUMP TO 2016 AND I WENT TO RENEW MY FL LICENSE AND I AM ON THE SUSPENDED LIST. WITHIN 2 WEEKS, MR BARRETT TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. HE ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALLS AND THE OFFICE STAFF IS GREAT. PAULA HILL

Excellent attorney

I hired Ken for a domestic violence charge that I believed was unfairly presented against me. It would have been considered a third strike which is a minimum sentence of one year. Ken was helpful, honest, and articulate. I am kind of a worry wart and would call kind of frequently. Ken never made me feel like I was a bother and reassured me. I would receive a call back the same day I left a message. His fees were more than reasonable especially for his level of representation. The charge was dropped down like he told me it would be and I only had six months of probation. I would recommend Ken without a doubt! He is brilliant and well respected by the Court.
