This is the man who saves lives and careers when it matters most. I hired Chad Banks to represent me for a misdemeanor charge in Rhode Island. When everybody involved received a filing or some sort of plea deal, Chad Banks push for my case to be dismissed when all bets were off. He relentlessly fought for me and my family during hard times at an affordable price. With this attorney, my family is now back on track, my military career was not affected and the charge was dismissed and expunged off my record. Received Chad's information from a friend after being arrested on DUI. I was scared, nervous and didn't know what to do. I called Chad and within minutes of talking to him , I immediately felt better. He explained everything that was going to happen and what to expect when I went to court. Not only did he take care of my case but he helped me with another legal matter that I was dealing with. No matter what kind of criminal case you have Chad is the man!!! Can't say enough good things about this office. They will always tell it to you straight about your case. They are going to fight for you and be relentless until you get the best possible deal, and more often than not have it dropped. If you get a DUI or arrest see them ASAP. Chad and Rory are able to put your mind at ease and explain what to do in your situation, it seems like there isn't any type of case they don't know how to handle. When you or your family has questions they are always able to answer the phone. There also used to be a pretty good looking law clerk there but I don't know where he went.
