The first time I was graced by his services was when he was still a public defender. After I realized how hard he works, and how serious he takes each case i knew i was in good hands and not just stuck with a "public pretender" i also heard a lot of comforting things about him through previous clients of his. It was well known if you have a public defender you want Tom Thomasion. He has sense branched off on his own and I utilizes his services because I needed them. I was originally facing a 30 year charge, and it only cost me 10 days of my life thanks to Tom. I nicknamed him Tom " Tenacious". He honestly takes pride in his work and his name and actions carry weight in the Rhode Island court. Hopefully I will never have to use him again, but if something comes up I know who I can trust!

Thomas was very helpful in my predicament, he did what was needed to be done and got all of it expunged. Would highly recommend.

Mr, Thomasian had done the job professionally. Tom solved the problems I was free to go without saying any words in court from the first day of pretrial to the day the case had done. Tom told me case dismissed you can go home. I went home while he still in court finalized documents. In addition, Tom found out that I have dropped case charge against me over twenty years ago still in my record, he expunge file to clean my record as well without additional cost. Tom worked with us to get a good resolution and ultimately a dismissal of the case. He is easy to talk to and makes himself available at all times to answer any questions or concerns.

Mr. Tomasian was referred to me by a woman in the Public Defenders office since I didn't qualify for a state appointed attorney. From the moment I called his office, and yes he spoke to me himself over the phone the first time I called! I explained my situation to him and that I had court on Friday which was in 4 days! I was a nervous wreck! He assured me I had nothing to worry about! Friday came, I was a complete mess! I was walking down the hallway looking for my court room when Mr. Tomasian approached me and asked if I was Jessica and from that very moment my anxiety, embarrassment and worries escaped me! Mr. Tomasian brought me into a conference room and we discussed in person for the first time my situation. I showed him my paperwork and he looked at me and said "I am going to have this case dismissed"! He assured me that he understood what happened and clearly it was, a big mistake and misunderstanding and promised me that I had nothing to worry about! From start to finish my case took one month! (Only because I had a family trip planned or it would have been sooner). I went to court for my last court date, I didn't even go before the judge!
