I would like to submit my review for others to see how your firm has been so helpful for me. The past 16 months have not been easy to say the least. Many, many Dr's appointments, phone calls, compiling evidence, etc can be very stressful and it is very disheartening when you, yourself know that you most certainly are legally disabled, but they make the process so difficult. Your firm was so incredibly helpful from beginning to end. They always made sure to answer my questions and always called me back in a timely manner if I had to leave a message. From the man at the front desk of whose name I cannot recall at the moment to Suzy, to Lauren to Fernanda. Lauren is an absolute asset to your firm. She is a wonderful attorney and she made this whole process much easier for me and much easier to understand and she let me know what to expect at my hearing. Thankfully the Judge approved me right from the bench AT my hearing, which I know is highly uncommon. I have Lauren to thank for that and proving to the Judge that I can no longer do any type of job. Thank you for answering all of my questions no matter how silly they maybe seemed. Thank you for always remaining professional. It's been an incredibly difficult 16 months of stress and waiting, but now I can look forward to my future without having this hanging over my head any longer. I will most certainly be recommending your firm to anyone else that may need Social Security Disability lawyer services. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. With 15 years plus of customer service.manager experience my expectations are very high when it.comes to be a.client with green and Grennberg you can find the best of the best from.Benjamin to lawren. Fernanda. And the entire team.transparency loyalty professionalism people.have to understand that sosicial.security is a.very.complex and lengthy process and not every one has the patient with.social security proces Grwn.and.Greemberg will.fight.for.you I will.recommend the law firm to.anyone who needs a good.,profecional and trusted law firm.

He is the worst attorney, he doesn't fight for his clients and tells you to calm down when you get upset at his lack of enthusiasm

Terrible group of people. I went to get disability when I was around 22 and they were not very helpful guiding me. Through out the next 4 years or so, they barely called me, I had to call them to get any answers of what was going on with my case. When I did get an answer, it was never the same lawyer. They would just assign a new one for me randomly. When I got denied and then finally got a court appeal, I had to retell my new lawyer of my conditions. I had wrote and talked to them many times before about it (obviously) and yet a day before my court date I had to explain it again. When I got to the court house I was introduced to another lawyer I didn't know. While we were talking to the judge, she told him I have 5 migraines a month, when I told her the day before I get at least 15 a month. I didn't know what to do because I didn't want to contradict her in front of the judge. I was extremely nervous and cautious of everything I had to say to him. When we were done, she told me that I was going to get approved. She even said I'm not supposed to say this to you, but this is a sure thing. A few months later, I was denied. They said I had to wait 15 months to re apply. So I did because all of the money that had been accumulated would disappear if I didn't. I called them after 15 months and they asked me if I wanted to re apply... I said yeah that's what I've been waiting for. So I had to wait another 5 or so months until my court date. During this time they never called, and it was nearly impossible to get in contact with them. When I did they just said wait more or less. So one time when I called to check in, they said they dropped my case... never got a real reason why and they didn't seem to care. I didn't want this review to be about my struggles, so I didn't mention what I had to go through over all those years. I just hope maybe someone who is looking for a lawyer for disability or anything, won't take the risk I did. I was young and naive, so I blindly followed them the whole way. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars.

I was very happy with the staff at Green & Greenberg who always treated me with courtesy and respect. The process was a long one, but they always answered my questions and concerns. Ultimately, the result was favorable to me, and for that I'm grateful to the Green & Greenberg lawyers and staff.

I am very unhappy and angry with this company, just the way they do there job is unprofessional. I been waiting over a year for my case and never got a phone call or any update on my case. They never return any of my calls. They just pissed me off with the way they handle everything.

I hired Green and Greenburg as my representation in 6 yrs ago. I have dumped them as of last year and am seeking other help. They have failed me and I feel they have made my life even more difficult. When I hired them I was in the hospital in ri and I told them I would be moving to another state in a few months and they Assured me this would not be a problem in the representation. When I tried to call them sometimes they would not return correspondence upwards of a month. They were rarely prepared and didn't put much effort in. Im physically and mentally disabled and according to all my 8 doctors,surgeons and medical providers and I can not work. They said it was a shoe in type thing. I went before a judge 2 1/2 yrs ago and I couldn't even find out who was representing me until the Night Before! They didn't know me or my case and met me 1/2 hour late right before the hearing. She was dressed shabby and had sneakers on. She talked about other cases and would barely discuss mine before me and my case worker. Then 5 minutes before we were to walk into court building she shoves several pieces of paperwork at me and told me to sign them that they are required to stand. You can guess what was hidden among them. Then the judge spends more than 1/2 the time at court lecturing my attorney because they were unprepared. Obviously I lost the case. Her boss at G and G said they were short staffed and tried to correct the issues but it was too late. Now my case is soo old no one wants it. I feel I haven't had my voice heard and I'm sad.

I can say for sure that Green&Greenberg are the Best hands down.They have helped me in the past and continue to help.They treat you not only as a client, but also a friend..I would recommend this law firm.

I was referred to this law firm , I was denied 3 times , never even had a hearing , the last time I heard from Susie was in jan 2015 I had just started a p/t job and didn't have a weekly amount to give her, she said she would get back to me in a month , well 15 months have passed and I've never got a return call. I have called in between a few times but was on hold for so long I just hung up. The last letter I recieved from the review board said I had the medical to support my case but it was the hrs I worked, I cut my hrs back to help my case for what I don't know only to be left hanging in an abyss..

I was represented by Green & Greenberg three times. They lost my case and two appeals. They are unprepared and seem not to care about their clients. My last experience the Attorney told me he was leaving the firm at the end of the week! Sum it up DO NOT WASTE MY TIME!!!
